Kisamaskotti
Olympialaisilla on ollut jo vuoden 1968 Grenoblen talviolympialaisista
alkaen omat kisamaskottinsa, joilla on haluttu mm. muistuttaa
leikkimisen tärkeydestä: tärkeintä ei ole
voitto vaan osanotto…
TEHTÄVÄ:
Suunnittele ja valmista oma kisamaskotti johonkin tiettyyn urheilutapahtumaan
(esim. oman koulun liikuntatapahtumaan) tai fantasiakisoihin. Liitä kuvan
mukaan teksti, josta ilmenee maskotin nimi, millaiseen urheilutapahtumaan
maskotti on tarkoitettu ja mitä maskotti viestittää.
Kerro lyhyesti myös maskotin valmistustekniikoista ja materiaaleista.
Games mascot 
The “little man on skis” called Schuss was the first unofficial
olympic mascot at the 1968 winter olympics in Grenoble. This tradition
continues in olympic games and also in other sporting events. Mascots
remind us the pleasure of indulging in games; they highlight that the
value of participation is higher than that of victory. The other common
features are that they embody friendship between people and the spirit
of fair play. They keep happy and spirit throughout the game.
Design and make your own games mascot for a specific sporting event, e.g. event at school. A mascot can be a doll or game-related toy. Attach a short essay where you tell the name, the character and the message of the mascot. Describe the source of inspiration and the the sport event of the mascot.
